The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has described as an end to judicial manipulation the judgment affirming former Senate President, David Mark, as the duly leader of the party.
This is contained in a statement by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, on Thursday.
The ADC said the judgment affirmed its clear position that the issue of leadership remains an internal affair of the party and is therefore not justiciable, especially in light of the Electoral Act, 2022.
Abdullahi added that the emergence of the current leadership led by David Mark was carried out in accordance with the law and constitution of the ADC.
