The Kogi State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, on Tuesday, opened bids for the Construction Works Phase 2 at the Livestock Service Centre (LSC) Osara, Kogi State.
The Construction of the Livestock Service Centre (LSC), Osara, is one of the key infrastructural components of the Kogi Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (Kogi L-PRES) Project, supported by the World Bank.
Abdulsalam Hadi , the Permanent Secretary , kogi Ministry of Livestock Development who represented Olufemi Bolarin , the Commissioner declared the exercise open at the Kogi L – PRES Coordinating office , lokoja , adding that the project marks another milestone in the state’s effort to improve livestock
infrastructure to support the Livestock Value Chain Clusters in Kogi State.
The Ministry commended Kogi L-PRES for conducting the procurement in what it described as a transparent, competitive, and accountable manner, in line with procurement laws and international best practices.
