The Lagos State Government has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening inclusive education, saying it remains focused on ensuring that every child, regardless of ability, has access to quality education and the opportunity to realise their full potential.
The government stated this on Tuesday while highlighting a visit by a student of Sango Senior Secondary (Inclusive) School, Sango-Ota, Michael Oluwadamilare, who presented a portrait of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, Mrs Abisola Dokunmu-Adegbite.
The presentation took place at the ministry’s headquarters in Alausa, Ikeja, on Monday.
In a statement it released on its verified X account on Tuesday, the government said, “The Lagos State Government has reiterated its unwavering commitment to strengthening inclusive education and ensuring that every child, regardless of ability, has access to quality education and opportunities to thrive.
“This commitment was underscored during a memorable visit by the student of Sango Senior Secondary (Inclusive)
