Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has announced a fresh round of cabinet changes and new appointments aimed at strengthening governance in the state.
Makinde, while thanking former Commissioner for Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperative, Balogun Sanni, for her contributions, wished her success in future endeavours.
Sanni had previously served as Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion (2019–2023), before being redeployed to Special Duties in 2023 and later to Trade and Investment.
In a related move, the governor forwarded the name of Olabode Ladipo, Permanent Secretary for General Administration, to the Oyo State House of Assembly as a commissioner-nominee.
