Isaac Fayose has said his elder brother, former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, will not accept what he described as a “yeye appointment” following his appointment as Chairman of the Board of the Rural Electrification Agency by President Bola Tinubu.
Isaac made the remarks in a Facebook post on Tuesday while reacting to a PUNCH Online report recalling Ayo Fayose’s previous declaration that he would rather stay at home than work for the All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government.
“My brother won’t take the yeye appointment… E lo fi okan bale,” Isaac wrote, accompanied by laughing emojis.
The younger Fayose had earlier criticised the appointment in a video posted on his Instagram page, arguing that the former Ekiti governor deserved a more prominent role in the Tinubu administration.
