African Democratic Congress governorship candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has shared an emotional tribute to his late mother, Nkechi Stella Rhodes-Vivour (née Waboso), recalling how she overcame her fears to become one of his biggest supporters during his political journey.
