Some Actors Don’t Want To Come To Oyo State For Movie Projects Due To Insecurity – Ibrahim Chatta

Celebrated actor and film-maker, Ibrahim Chatta, has revealed that insecurity in some parts of the country has affected actors’ morale to travel and shoot movies, especially epics.

The actor who owns Africhatta Film Village and Resort, a massive 74-acre cinematic and cultural hub located in Balogun Village, Oyo Town, Oyo State, noted that the kidnapping of 46 students and teachers in communities of  Orire LGA in Oyo State on May 15 has thrown a bad spotlight on Oyo State.

The versatile film maker who made a video that went viral on the loss of his horses at his equestrian haven of film village and resort said, “ Some of our actors are not ready to come to Oyo State to shoot movies as you ask some of them to come to Ibadan and the feeling is the unwillingness to travel down for project due to kidnapping that happened in Orire
