Human rights activist and African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore has unveiled a dedicated mobile app aimed at mobilising supporters, streamlining campaign activities, and enhancing engagement ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The app, named SoworeNOW, is now available on both iOS and Android platforms. It serves as a comprehensive hub for the #Sowore2027 movement, allowing users to stay updated with real-time campaign news, policy positions, events, and announcements.
Key features include:
Access to Sowore’s manifesto and campaign plans
Event calendars and rally information with reminders
Tools to locate polling units and connect with polling agents
Volunteer opportunities and community engagement sections
A moderated space for supporters to interact
Additional tools such as a Movement AI assistant for queries about the campaign and AAC
Sowore encouraged Nigerians to download the app and actively participate, describing it as a way to “join the movement” toward building a better Nigeria.
