Talstack is expanding its people management offering with the introduction of Time Off, a leave management module that will help organisations manage employee leave requests, simplify approvals, improve workforce visibility and support compliance.
The module forms part of the company’s plans to develop a broader AI-enabled Human Resources Management System (HRMS) that covers the spectrum from recruiting and onboarding through to exit.
Talstack’s existing platform brings Performance Management and Learning together. Organisations can set and track goals, align organisational priorities, conduct 360-degree reviews and appraisals, capture feedback between colleagues, and deploy training programmes using a pre-built catalogue or their own training content.
Time Off is designed to give organisations a more structured alternative to the spreadsheets, emails, forms and messages often used to request, approve and track time away from work, including vacation, sick leave and parental leave.
