VIDEO: Nigerian-born US soldier begs Trump over sick daughter’s visa denial

A Nigerian woman serving in the United States Army has appealed to President Donald Trump to intervene in the visa denial preventing her 10-year-old daughter from joining her in the US, saying the child is critically ill and needs urgent medical attention.

The woman, Uzamaka, made the appeal in a video shared on TikTok, where she said she had been separated from her daughter for about 10 years and was afraid she could lose the child before they had the opportunity to reunite.

Uzamaka said she had taken an oath to serve the United States and had remained compliant with the country’s laws, but was now appealing to Trump as a mother desperate to save her child.

She said, “Please do not scroll. I’m at the verge of losing my daughter. They said social media is powerful, and this is my last resort.”
