You can’t be Nigeria’s industry minister without visiting Dangote Refinery – Enoh


 Minister of State for Industry, John Owan Enoh, has highlighted the role of the Dangote Refinery in Nigeria’s economy under President Bola Tinubu.

 

Enoh, in his remarks after visiting the 700,000-barrel-per-day refinery in Lagos on Wednesday, said the plant is vital to the realisation of Tinubu’s $1 trillion economy target.

 

According to him, the refinery is a major pillar of Nigeria’s industrial sector, which is why no Minister of Industry can afford not to visit the plant.

 

“You cannot be a minister in charge of industry and not visit the Dangote Refinery,” Enoh stated. “This facility matters because of what it represents for Nigerian industry, for our people and for the realisation of President Bola Tinubu’s vision of a one trillion-dollar economy.”

 

“The Dangote Refinery stands today as one of the strongest demonstrations of that principle,” he added.
