Ekiti Decides: INEC distributing uncollected PVCs to APC – Fayose (VIDEO)

 Isaac Fayose, a younger brother to former Ekiti State governor, Ayo Fayose, has raised the alarm that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was distributing uncollected Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs, to members of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

 

He made the allegation on Saturday as the Ekiti governorship election got underway.

 

Major contestants in the election are the incumbent, Governor Biodun Oyebanji of the APC, and Oluwole Oluyede of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

 

In the video he shared on X on Saturday, Fayose alleged widespread manipulation involving unclaimed voter cards.

 

“No opposition party can win election in Nigeria. Look at what INEC is doing in Ekiti. INEC is handing APC the voters cards that weren’t picked up.

 

“APC are now paying non-indigenes N20k to use those voters cards to vote for APC,” Fayose said.
