INEC BVAS malfunctions, fails to capture 90-year old voter

Some Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machines deployed by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the Ekiti State Governorship Election malfunctioned in a few Polling Units during the voting exercise.

One of the electorate, who experienced delay as a result of INEC BVAS malfunction, included a 90-year-old Mama Adesomo Afolabi.
