Not a few Niger State stakeholders have hailed the state governor, Mohammed Bago for the successful flag off of his ambitious alternative electricity supply to the state, aimed at ending the suffering of the residents.
Arewa PUNCH gathered that the project which has finally come to fruition was conceived and initiated by Bago following his resolve to invest in the solar electricity project as a viable alternative for the residents’ power supply.
The stakeholders noted that the solar electricity project embarked upon only recently has turned out to be the latest money spinner for the state as several investors now jostle to be represented in Niger State, a move that has boosted the government’s internally generated revenue.
